UPDATED 07-09-15 - IT IS MISSING THE BALANCE COCK - There is discolouration around the edges of the face, it appears to have some scratches also. When wound all of the hands spin as the key turns back. General light tarnishing to the brass. The top lock on the box is broken and there is a split across the front top section, there is no key for the bottom lock.
