19th century oval brass cased carriage clock striking on a gong, with bevelled glass, enamelled dial and Roman numerals, 13cm high

The clock is fully wound but not ticking. The striker is working when manually wound. There are two 7cm hairline cracks to the dial. There is light tarnishing to the brass. The back glass has a 5mm chip to one corner
