Two Chinese porcelain shallow dishes, one hand painted in iron red with bats, the other hand painted with flowers and foliate scrolls onto and blue ground, six figure character marks to the base of each, the largest 19cm in diameter

The example in the left of the online image is in generally good condition, there are a few very small nibbles around the footrim. The example on the right of the online image has two hairline cracks which run from the rim inwards. The largest is 3cm long. There is scratching all over the interior of the dish.
